December, 2000

This month Kenny records with Melissa Etheridge in LA, and in Nashville with Trick Pony and in Indiana with Tim Mahoney. He'll also be filming a PBS TV special, "Music From a Painted Cave", with Robert Mirabal.

On Nov. 15, Kenny will perform with Ricky Martin on The Late show with David Letterman.

VH1 will rebroadcast the Equality Rocks! concert on November 16 at 11:30 PM. . Kenny performs with Melissa Etheridge and several other artists at this concert.

Kenny will be playing with Joe Cocker on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno on November 20.

On Nov. 26, Kenny will be doing a live web cast from Don Bennett Drums.

The Children's Museum of Indianapolis is featuring Kenny in an exhibit called "Drumbeats".  The display includes his drumset, his personal history along with photos, etc.   The exhibit opens on June 3 and runs for a full year.  To mark the opening on June 3, Kenny will be giving a live performance at the museum.

April, 2000

On April 29 Kenny will be at RFK Stadium in Washington, DC for the Equality Rocks! concert, where he'll play with Melissa Etheridge, k. d. lang, Chaka Khan, Rufus Wainwright and others.

This month Kenny is on the cover of Percussive Notes.

Kenny will be appearing at Musikmesse (musical instruments trade show) in Frankfurt, Germany from April 12 - 16, with a performance on April 16.

On February 15 Kenny will perform with Melissa Etheridge on The Tonite Show with Jay Leno.

Kenny is on the cover of Drum! magazine this month.  It's one of four alternative covers for this month, a special millennium issue.

This month Kenny records with Emory in San Francisco.

"An Evening with Kenny Aronoff" will be held at Monument Mountain Regional High School in Massachusetts as a fundraiser for the girl's soccer program. Kenny's twin brother, Jonathon, is their coach.

On February 10,  Kenny will be in New York to present a check to John Sykes, President of VH1, on behalf of NAMM, to the Save The Music Foundation.

Kenny will appearing at the NAMM Show, a musical equipment convention in Los Angeles, at the booths of the following companies.  He will be doing autograph signings, and on Saturday there will be a presentation at the Tama booth (see the schedule for Saturday):
