May, 1997

This month, Kenny records with various artists in Los Angeles. He also begins touring with John Fogerty on his Blue Moon Swamp promotional tour, which will run through June. Dates this month are:

April, 1997

All this month, Kenny is in Los Angeles recording with various artists.

March, 1997

Starting on April 7th, Kenny will be begin recording "B" sides with John Fogerty for the singles from John Fogerty's new album. On April 12th and 13th, he will be recording with Catie Curtis. On April 14th, for 7 days, Kenny will be recording Joe Cocker's new record. After recording with Joe Cocker, Kenny will be rehearsing for the upcoming John Fogerty tour.

February, 1997

In February, Kenny was in Los Angeles to finish recording Jon Bon Jovi's upcoming solo record. Also in L.A., he recorded with Richie Sambora for his solo record. He started a new Jann Arden record in Los Angeles. He did a track in New York for a Joe Jackson record (Kenny and another excellent drummer, Dan Hickey, played at the same time). He also did a track for Patti Griffin's next record, in Nashville. He also played with Jon Bon Jovi at a benefit show, "A Tribute to the President", at Ford's Theatre in Washington DC, for President Clinton and First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton. Kenny did 6 concerts with Corey Hart in Canada to promote his new CD. For a review of the February 8 concert in Toronto, click here. In addition, he continues to teach at the Indiana University School of Music.

Coming up, there are more recording sessions planned in Los Angeles, Chicago and Nashville. Later in the year, Kenny plans to be on tour with John Fogerty, starting in May, to promote his new album (to be released May 20). John spent close to five years making this record. This will be his first tour in 11 years.
