In 1996 Kenny played on two major tours and 20 albums.

Kenny toured with Bob Seger and The Silver Bullet Band on the It's a Mystery Tour for 6 1/2 months of sold out arena shows. It was among the top three most successful tours of 1996. A review of an April, 1996 show in Seattle is posted here.

Following the Seger tour, he did a 4 1/2 month arena tour with Melissa Etheridge to support her latest CD, Your Little Secret. Click here for an article about Melissa and the tour.

In addition, on days off from touring he recorded on over 20 records, including CDs by Jon Bon Jovi, John Fogerty, John Mellencamp, Joe Cocker and Travis Tritt.

Also in 1996, Celine Dion's Falling into You won the Grammy Award for Record of the Year.
